IMPORTANT TERMS AND DISCLOSURES: ELECTRONIC SMS TEXT MESSAGING
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of b1BANK (“Bank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) SMS/text messaging services (the “SMS Service”).
SMS SERVICE
By enrolling in the SMS Service, you agree to receive text messages from b1BANK at the mobile telephone number you provide. Messages may include account and transaction alerts, fraud and security notifications, payment reminders, service notifications, client onboarding communication, marketing information, and other information related to your relationship with the Bank.
Message content and availability may vary depending on the products and services you use.
CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
By providing your mobile telephone number and enrolling in the SMS Service, you consent to receive text messages from b1BANK for the purposes described above.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of obtaining credit, products, or services from the Bank.
HOW TO OPT-OUT
You can cancel SMS messages from b1BANK at any time by texting STOP to [SHORT CODE]. After you text STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may re-enroll at any time using the original opt-in process.

MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile telephone number provided to the Bank. You agree to notify the Bank promptly if your mobile telephone number changes.
If you provide a mobile telephone number that belongs to another person, you represent that you have authorization to provide that number and receive communications at that number and you agree to indemnify us from any claims by another person related to providing us with that person’s mobile telephone number.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless carrier for questions about your text and data plan.
WIRELESS CARRIERS
The SMS Service is available through participating wireless carriers. The Bank is not responsible for delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages caused by your wireless carrier or other circumstances outside the Bank’s reasonable control.
NOT AN OFFICIAL ACCOUNT RECORD
Text messages from b1BANK are for informational and convenience purposes only and are not a substitute for your official account statement or online banking records. In the event of any discrepancy between a text message and your official account records, your official account records will control.
SECURITY
Standard text messaging is not a secure or encrypted channel. Please do not reply to any b1BANK text message with your account number, Social Security number, password, PIN, or other sensitive personal or financial information.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Text messages from b1BANK are intended only for the mobile number that opted in to receive them. Please do not forward or share text messages containing information about your account with anyone else.
MONITORING AND RETENTION
b1BANK may monitor and retain records of text messages sent and received through this Service for quality assurance, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable law.
SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. CHANGES TO THESE SMS TERMS
b1BANK may update these SMS Terms from time to time and you accept the updated SMS Terms until you opt out of the SMS Service. The most current version will always be posted at this page.
