The Ambitious Educator
Tessa saw children falling behind. She built the support system they deserve.
In 2006, Tessa Holloway with no formal background in early childhood education, dove in headfirst. She learned quickly that the childcare available did not match the quality of care that the children truly needed in their earliest and most important years of growth. She relied on her conviction to build Kidz Karousel LLC into a brand, rooted in the belief that the first five years of a child’s life creates the blueprint for their future.
What began as a single center grew into something much larger. As demand increased, so did Tessa’s vision. Kidz Karousel LLC expanded into a multi-site network serving families across the state of Louisiana. Scaling something this personal and important takes more than capital. It takes a partner who understands what’s at stake—the realities of funding a business, the lives of the children and families it serves, and the impact it has on the local community.
Tessa partnered with us as she grew, gaining the disciplined financial backing and guidance that turned one local center into a regional brand.

“Kidz Karousel was never just about opening childcare centers. It’s about serving the children and families of our communities. b1BANK understood that, and because they really knew my business and community, they were able to help me grow in the right way, not just the fast way. I owe much of my success & growth to the team at b1BANK.”
