Ebonie Hackett brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As an Operations Specialist at Smith Shellnut Wilson, she provides comprehensive client service and operational support, working closely with clients and relationship managers across the SSW platform. She plays an integral role in client onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio reporting, helping to ensure a seamless client experience.
Prior to joining Smith Shellnut Wilson, Ebonie served as a Client Service Associate with Morgan Stanley. She also worked as an Investment Consultant with TD Ameritrade, where she executed trades and supported clients with investment and financial planning needs. Earlier in her career, she held positions with BancorpSouth Investments and Union Planters Bank, building a strong foundation in banking operations, compliance, and client service.
Ebonie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alcorn State University and holds FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses.
