This service is designed to protect your funds by match certain criteria on checks presented to the Bank for payment against our Positive Pay clients check issue database. Clients can submit issue files via our online banking platform, as well as decision exceptions online.

Business First Bank also offers Reverse Positive Pay for clients who may not have the ability to upload check issue files. Reverse Positive Pay provides a paid check report on a next business day basis for review and immediate reporting of any suspicious items back to the Bank.
